How to Refer

We like to ensure the referral process is efficient, rapid and reliable. In order to make the service quick and efficient you can print out the downloadable referral form and email, fax or post it to us.

We ask you to kindly forward up to date contact details for your patients with e-mail addresses for you and them, where possible to allow for better communication.

We accept referrals for:

• Dental Implants and related prosthodontics and restorative work
• Oral Surgery
• Orthodontics
• Treatment with inhalation sedation
• Dental Hygiene Services
• X-rays 2D, Panoramics or 3D CBCT
